What is Exhale Life?
Hey we are a group of TY students from Ardscoil na Trionoide and we are selling boxes that are designed to look like a cigarette box but instead of having cigarettes in the box we are putting chewing gums in so that any time your craving a cigarette you can chew on some gum instead. We are also putting in some elastic bands that you wear on your wrist incase the craving gets worse. Also included in the box is a quitting calendar where you can mark your progress, a chart how much money you can save over periods of time by giving up cigarettes and a chart showing the benefits of quitting and how it can positively effect your health.
