Ardscoil na Tríonóide opened on the first of September 2007. Ardscoil na Tríonóide is a voluntary catholic school. We are an amalgamation of Scoil Eoin and Scoil Mhuire, now under the trusteeship of CEIST. We have worked tirelessly to combine the best traditions of two fine schools to create a wonderful learning environment for our students.

Ardscoil na Tríonóide is an integral part of the community in Athy and we benefit from the support of this community through our Board of Management, Parents’ Council, Local Businesses, Sporting Associations and Voluntary Groups.

Ardscoil na Tríonóide offers a wide range of subjects as well as a multitude of extra and co-curricular activities. Our work in school on a daily basis is grounded in the CEIST Charter. This ensures that every boy and girl is given the opportunity to fulfil his/her potential in a respectful, caring, supportive environment. We have an excellent committed staff both teaching and non-teaching, who make a great effort to ensure that our school is a welcoming place.
