Thursday’s theme is exercise and healthy eating

Today’s activities include:

  • Health Promotion stand in the hall
  • Breathe workshop for 2nd years
  • Tastiest treats competition in hall (lunchtime)
  • Active Schools initiatives – Whole school FUN RUN/WALK, basketball free throws and LCA organised obstacle course on pitch (lunchtime)

Don’t forget! Children and young adults should aim to be active for at least 60 minutes every day!
